Job Description

Band : B3 (Deputy Manager)

Location : Bangalore

Shit Time : 12 pm to 9.30 pm

Experience ( Minimum) 8-10 Years

  • Managing a team of recruitment specialist and manage recruitment deliverables
  • Maintain regular engagement with COE and client contacts in line with client expectations.
  • Manage end to end recruitment process including, sourcing, CV shortlisting, initial validation, interviews, negotiation and offer.
  • Design search strategy for senior/niche requisitions.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.
  • Developing creative ways to attract the right talent.
  • Build and Manage relationship with external partners
  • Working in partnership with the key stakeholders to design, manage and deliver on a robust project plan for recruitment process. This plan will include timelines, key deliverable and SLA's to ensure accurate tracking, measurement of success and easily recognized risks and barriers throughout the process.
  • Utilizing the channels available aiming to source candidates for the business directly in as many cases as possible without causing detriment to the business in terms of both time and quality of candidates, to achieve overall lower cost to hire.
  • Work in partnership with managers to provide advice, direction and support on the best recruitment strategy to deliver their business requirements or objectives.
  • Outstanding knowledge and experience of Investment banking / BFSI hiring - end to end recruitment

Experience & Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Post graduate with 8+ years of experience in recruitment industry
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and offer
  • Ability to close the requirements within the timeframe
  • Good experience of all selection methods and recruitment techniques
  • Deep understanding of recruitment and is capable of making challenging improvements/ upgrades to make the recruitment process robust through use of Technology
  • Good hands-on experience in the use of social media and job boards
  • Excellent communicator and Well-organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • Proficiency in market mapping.
