Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Raw Material Planning in line with customer Demand and forecast.
On time delivery of Raw Material maintaining healthy pipeline inventory. Zero-line stoppage due to RM not available.
Job Work Processing of RM and its reconciliation on monthly basis.
Tracking and maintaining inventory levels of materials to meet production & dispatch targets.
Vendor stock re-conciliation on monthly basis & analysis on stock gap analysis.
Manage issuance activity, establish Inward/dispatch process plans, and monitor the functioning of the logistic activity with the help of SCM & Operation support.
Preparation of monthly reports of stock & analysis on gap.
Ensure on time delivery of materials at plant.
Coordinate with SCM and finance team to clear all invoices and ensure timely payment of suppliers.
Timely escalation of Shortage RM, Monitoring Non-Moving RM & Slow-Moving RM.
Monthly Inventory Monitoring and MIS Reporting. Reduction in Non-Moving and Slow Moving Inventory.
