Job Description

As a Deputy Manager in Retail Sales, your main responsibility will be to monitor the channels with a focus on Primary Business, Collection, Material Management, and Business Development activities. This includes opening new channels, points of sale, managing secondary sales, and organizing retail activities such as Electrician meets and Retailer meets. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that your off-roll team members understand the team's objectives and collaborate effectively to achieve the organization's goals. - Concentrate on driving growth in the Wiring Devices (Modular Switches) and Final Distribution (MCBs/DBs/RCCBs) business, aiming for a 50% increase. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail sales or related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of Wiring Devices and Final Distribution products preferred.
