Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team in Kolkata, responsible for managing projects and ensuring controls assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improve processes, and enhance business outcomes.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, drive process improvements, and optimize operations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent project management skills, including experience in planning, execution, and monitoring.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
