Job Description

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning the solution requirements and acting as a representative of the business. Your main focus will be to ensure that all processes, documentation, and user stories have clearly defined acceptance criteria that align with the desired business outcomes of the program. You will be tasked with prioritizing the Project Backlog, disambiguating requirements, and mediating with business stakeholders when necessary. It will be your responsibility to answer questions about requirements and have the authority to make decisions, reaching out to other stakeholders as required. Facilitating communication between the implementation team and Sentara stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role. You will also need to sign off on acceptance criteria for user stories being implemented. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to analyze the current and future state of the HR Tech landscape, understand where our current products stand compared to competitors, and strategize on how to respond to market and client needs within that context. Furthermore, you will define the long-term product roadmap for the ATS offering, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features, manage stakeholders, ensure customer experience satisfaction, comply with relevant regulations, and continuously improve the product based on market feedback and evolving needs. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), along with at least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in ATS or HR technology. You should have a strong understanding of ATS platforms, recruitment processes, and HR technology, excellent communication skills, data analysis capabilities, project management skills, and familiarity with industry regulations. Preferred skills for this role include experience in Agile development methodologies, knowledge of ATS software platforms, experience in product marketing or user experience design, and certifications in product management or Agile methodologies. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on ATS or HR technology, then this Product Owner position could be the perfect fit for you.,
