Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the organization s website (CMS updatescontent uploadsbug fixesetc.)
Collaborate with departments (e.g.clinical teamsmarketingcompliance) to ensure accurate and timely web content
Implement best practices for SEOaccessibilityand user experience (UX)
Monitor site analyticsgenerate performance reportsand recommend improvements
Ensure website securityprivacy compliance (e.g.HIPAA)and regular backups
Work with third-party developers or internal IT for major updates and troubleshooting
Update and maintain online directoriespatient portalsappointment systemsand other digital tools
Create landing pages and digital assets for campaigns and events
Website Integrations from other sourceslike lead formchat bot etc
Stay current with web trends standardsand technologies in healthcare

Knowledge skill experience :
Bachelors degree in web development CommunicationsMarketingITor related field

4-6 years of hands-on experience in website operations or digital platforms.

Experience with healthcare systems or patient portals

Proficient in working with Content Management Systems (e.g.WordPressDrupal).
Basic understanding of HTMLCSSand web development standards. Familiarity with Google AnalyticsSEO toolsand Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
