Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key Nasscom members, establishing strong relationships, and serving as their primary point of contact for all their needs. Your role will involve proactively managing and nurturing member relationships, understanding their specific requirements and challenges, and providing exceptional service and engagement. Additionally, you will be required to develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and CXOs of member organizations, implement strategies to enhance member engagement with Nasscom initiatives, events, and programs, and track key member engagement metrics to support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include assisting new companies in setting up operations in India by providing industry details and connecting them with relevant stakeholders, supporting various initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, and acquiring new members who align with Nasscom and the members" ecosystem. Furthermore, you will be expected to continuously learn about the technology and services industry, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and future growth paths. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key Nasscom members and build strong relationships - Act as a single point of contact for member requirements - Proactively manage and nurture member relationships - Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and CXOs of organizations - Implement strategies to drive member engagement with Nasscom initiatives, events, and programs - Track and analyze key member engagement metrics - Assist new companies in setting up operations in India and connect them with relevant stakeholders - Support various initiatives and ensure seamless execution - Acquire new members in the region who align with Nasscom and the members ecosystem - Continuously learn about the technology and services industry, digital transformation, and emerging technologies Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, consulting, or technology - Good understanding of account management and relationship management - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to research and identify new prospects with market intelligence capabilities - Preferably an MBA/Masters degree in technology and/or business management - Good understanding of the Tech Ecosystem preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
