Location: Faridabad (Candidates from nearby locations preferred)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead machine shop operations, ensure production efficiency, and manage CNC/VMC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Guide vendors and ensure accurate implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Program and manage CNC/VMC operations.
• Conduct process audits, inspections, and sample approvals.
• Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality teams for issue resolution.
• Plan and oversee daily machine shop operations.
• Optimize machine, manpower, and material usage.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage.
• Ensure safety compliance and support continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill shop floor teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Machine utilization & downtime
• Rejection/rework rates
• On-time delivery
• Safety compliance
• Team productivity & skill enhancement
• Cost & material wastage reduction

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of machine shop processes (turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of materials, metals, alloys & heat treatment
• CNC/VMC programming expertise
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools
• Leadership and team-handling skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication & coordination
