Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet project requirements and budget constraints
Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and keep abreast of industry trends
Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic procurement team.
In this role, you will support the procurement process by assisting in sourcing and purchasing fabrication material, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
