Job Description

As the IT Support Manager, you will have the vital responsibility of providing end-to-end IT support to VIP users, particularly focusing on the CEO and management group. Your primary objectives will revolve around ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of Apple (macOS and iOS) and Windows devices utilized by VIPs. Your success in this role hinges on delivering high levels of responsiveness, discretion, and professionalism in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of DSS engineers working on a 24x7 shift basis. - Monitor team performance, offer coaching, and ensure adherence to SLAs. - Coordinate shift schedules to uphold consistent support coverage. - Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations and end-user support activities. - Ensure strict compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices. - Coordinate IT support for company-wide events, including AUDIO/VIDEO setup and troubleshooting. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in providing expert support for Apple platforms (macOS and iOS) with in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
