Job Description

Role Overview: As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support to VIP users, focusing on the CEO and management group. Your main goal will be to maintain the optimal performance and uptime of Apple (macOS and iOS) and Windows devices used by VIPs. Success in this role will depend on your ability to deliver high levels of responsiveness, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of DSS engineers working on a 24x7 shift basis. - Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to SLAs. - Coordinate shift schedules to maintain consistent support coverage. - Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations and end-user support activities. - Ensure strict compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices. - Coordinate IT support for company-wide events, including AUDIO/VIDEO setup and troubleshooting. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in providing expert support for Apple platforms (macOS and iOS) with in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.,
