DEPUTY MANAGER (GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING)

1. Digital Marketing Strategy
o Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with IBD goals.o Customize strategies for priority regions (GCC, Middle East & Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe).o Execute multi-channel campaigns (web, email, social, etc.).2. Brand and Content Managemento Develop localized digital content promoting HLLs product portfolio.o Ensure brand consistency across platforms.o Collaborate on multimedia content creation (videos,infographics, demos).3. Website and E-commerce Managemento Oversee international sections of HLLs corporate website.o Coordinate with IT/web teams for content optimization.o Explore e-commerce partnerships for overseas sales.4. Lead Generation and Conversiono Run targeted digital campaigns to generate B2B/B2G leads (especially tender/institutional).o Utilize automation tools and CRM integration for lead nurturing and conversion.5. Social Media and Reputation Managemento Strengthen HLLs digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.o Monitor engagement and implementation of regional influencer collaborations where appropriate.6. Analytics and Reportingo Track KPIs and create performance dashboards.o Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush for actionable insights.o Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.7. Collaboration and Coordinationo Align with Sales, Regulatory, R&D, and Product teams.o Manage agency partnerships and support distributor co-branding initiatives.8. Budget and Compliance Managemento Develop and manage digital marketing budgets.o Ensure compliance with international advertising laws and healthcare regulations.o Enforce GDPR and data privacy standards in digital activities.
