Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Ensuring internal safety audit w.r.t all statutory requirements and company policy.
Safety Audits to be conducted of PNG, CNG, Projects and operations area.
Training and awareness program for contractual and regular employees.
Use and availability of PPEs at all work site, adherence and implementation of safety guidelines and procedures of the assigned area.
Conducting Safety committee meeting.
Preparation of monthly safety observation report.
Mock drills.
Incident reporting and investigation.
Maintenance of firefighting system.
Quick response in emergency.
Checking of permit to work.
HSE activities.
Compliance of statutory requirement as per PNGRB, Factories act-1948, MPCB.
Liaoning with Local fire brigade.
Preparation of Annual Budget and Budget Tracking.
Preparation of SOPs

Education:

Preferred candidate profile:

Executive in line experience in handling Operation & Maintenance of CGD/ Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry.
Crisis management
Knowledge of HSE
Contract management
Leadership skills, Team Player, Sound professional & Functional knowledge, Conflict Management, Interpersonal skills
Kannada language knowledge

For Deputy Manager position minimum experience is 4 years with maximum age limit of 32 years.

No Part-time /Correspondence Course Qualification will be entertained.
