Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Financial statement, Notes to accounts, solvency along with all report and certificate for regulatory reporting on IGAAP
  • Preparation of Ind AS financials, Notes to accounts, along with all report and certificate
  • Detailed analysis of cash flow, balance sheet and revenue and pl items
  • General Ledger Scrunity along with analysis on movement in balances along with reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Preparation and submission of regulatory reports viz. IRDAI / GIC / SEBI
  • Preparation & Analysis of U/W year wise, LOB wise Profit & Loss on monthly basis
  • Preparation of Public Disclosures on Quarterly basis and its submission with IRDAI
  • Preparation and Reporting of BAP data with IRDAI
  • Preparation of Related party reports
  • Assist in Ind AS 117- Insurance contract data preparation and coordination with team
