Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibility to achieve AOP targets of touch-free collections for all products and verticals.

Enhance revenue from Nil Pos, penal collection, and partner commission.

Drive seat utilization.

Explore new digital channels.

Generate revenue through penal collection and partner commission.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate/Post-graduate with 2 to 3 years call center experience.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of dialer and campaign management.
