Origination & execution of mandates in
Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution
Drive
Business Development
and build strong client relationships
Prepare
Information Memorandums (IMs)
and
pitch decks
Build and analyse complex
Financial Models
Conduct
project appraisals
, due diligence, and support deal closures
Collaborate with
Banks, FIs, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds

Ideal Candidate Profile:

CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance)
from a reputed institute
1 to 3 years
of relevant experience in
Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory
Proven track record in
deal origination, financial structuring & stressed asset resolution
Strong
analytical, communication, and relationship-building
skills
