Deputy Manager - Civil - Projects

Purpose/Objective

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Civil (Projects) Location: Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar Purpose: The Assistant Manager - Civil (Projects) at Adani will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil construction projects within the Power/Energy industry. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in the Power/Energy sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Adani's mission while driving innovation and sustainability in the projects.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage and oversee civil construction projects within the Power/Energy industry from conception to completion. - Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. - Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Adani's safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. - Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to senior management. - Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns. - Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in project execution.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.,Experience in managing large-scale civil projects in the Power/Energy sector.,Construction and Project Management.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
