Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Process improvement, Layout improvement, labour utilization improvement.
• Prepare process documentation like PFMEA, Control Plan, Process flow for new program / Projects.
• Involve in VAVE/ Continuous improvement projects to achieve business excellence targets.
• Get involved during new line design for material flow, pallet design, material storage, Ergonomic improvement
• Analyse and develop standards, time and motion studies, statistical analysis and labour planning to improve productivity, quality and service levels
• Determine the most efficient sequencing of operations, workflow, and recommend methods to maximize efficiencies
• To pro-actively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business/Operation performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders (Manufacturing, Businesses) to make fact-based sound business decisions

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate Executing projects for TATA & MAHINDRA
• Preferred Industry Auto Component ( Sheet Metal )
• Candidate having strong exposure working in Stamping & Assembly BIW Industry.
