Deputy Manager - CD - SBU
Job Purpose
Drive sustainable business growth by leading dealer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets in consumer durable finance. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable products.

Lead a team of off-roll employees to effectively service the customer and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.

Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's presence in the market.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all dealer operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to off-roll teams.

Ensure the engagement of Field Officers (FOS) and maintain low attrition rates among off-roll employees.

Offer training and support to team members (off-roll) to help them manage their daily tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in achieving sales targets for consumer durable products.

Experience leading teams of off-roll employees to drive customer and dealer satisfaction.

Track record of identifying and onboarding new dealers to expand market presence.

Strong understanding of company policies and regulatory compliance in dealer operations.

Ability to build and maintain strong dealer relationships for business growth.

Experience setting targets and providing feedback for team performance improvement.

Demonstrated ability to engage Field Officers (FOS) and manage employee retention.

Experience in training and supporting team members to enhance daily task management.
