Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.
Manage and optimize existing loyalty programs to achieve business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs.
