Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners or open market sourcing.

Build, retain, and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to generate business.

Effectively engage with credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.

Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.

Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Collaborate with the collection team to improve the recovery process.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
