Job Description

Deputy Manager - Business Loans - DMS
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve Debt Management Services (DMS) targets for the assigned branch, ensuring performance indicator (PI) targets are met.

Meet targets related to the cost of Debt Management Services and ensure PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with throughout the Debt Management Services structure, in both letter and spirit.

Ensure DMS agencies and in-house collectors adhere to current legal guidelines.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Continuously monitor DMS agencies and in-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

People management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.
