 Deputy Manager - Business Loans - DMS 
 About The Role  
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Manager for our Business Loans division (DMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of business loan management, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the business lending landscape.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage and supervise the business loans team, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Oversee the processing, approval, and disbursal of business loans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Conduct detailed credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business loan portfolio and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on loan performance, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Credit, Risk, and Operations to streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Support in the development and training of team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

  •  Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in business loans, commercial lending, or related areas within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products, credit analysis, and risk assessment procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Full-time position based in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel to client locations as required.
