Work Location - Seetha Rampur Plant Near Shamsabad Airport

Bus Body & Chassis Structure, Door Mechanism
Structure design lead will be responsible for V2, iX, X2 & CX2 models. He has to check the 3D model & provide direction to Engineers for resolution of issues.
He will coordinate with plant Production & process team to understand their manufacturing problem & implement the ideas in design.
He has to check the drawings in PLM & check for DFA, DFM & DFS. He will be preparing the EBOM for Structure.
Assemble the same in Bus Body & check for assembly feasibility.
Coordinate with Production, quality for any issues during assembly & do the design changes wherever required.
Job: Prepare/ Check the designs of Chassis Structure for iX, X2 & CX2 models & release the drawings to NPD for development. Coordinate with Prototype shop & supplier during part development & manufacturing.
