Monitor competitor activities and market trends. - **Product Expertise - Bearings:** Apply in-depth knowledge of bearing solutions including: - Tapered Roller Bearings (axleboxes, wheelsets) - Cylindrical Roller Bearings (traction motors, gearboxes) - Spherical Roller Bearings (bogies, suspension) - Deep Groove Ball Bearings (auxiliary systems) - Axlebox Bearing Units (pre-assembled, sealed units) - Sensor Bearings (condition monitoring) - **Customer Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering teams and educate customers on product features and maintenance practices. **Your Qualifications:** - **Education & Experience:** - BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred) - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Railway industry - Exposure to Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Financial/Contractual legal aspects - **Critical Competencies:** - High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and loyalty - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication skills (local and international) - Business management and marketing acumen - In-depth knowledge of bearing products and railway sector applications - Technical application expertise - Project management proficiency Schaeffler values diversity, respect, and innovation among its employees globally.
