Job Overview:

Assistant Manager/ Dy. Manager PQC

Key Responsibilities:

Process Quality Control:

Monitor and control in-process quality parameters across SMT MI lines.
Conduct regular process audits and ensure compliance to SOPs and quality standards.
Analyse process trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure reflow profile optimization and process setup (BOM verification, feeder setup, etc.).
Cross check process check sheets and ensure adherence to work instructions.
Should have knowledge of the wave soldering process and be able to optimise the machine to troubleshoot defects

Reporting & Coordination:

Lead morning meetings with inspectors and highlight major issues.
Review QA weekly/monthly reports and implement necessary actions.
Handle ERP entries for Quality Orders, Transfer Orders, and manage MES

Audit Management:

Support internal, external, and customer audits on the production floor.
Ensure documentation readiness and compliance for audit trails.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
Proven experience in Process in MI, PCB assembly.
Strong knowledge of quality tools (CAPA, 8D, FMEA, RCA, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems and quality reporting (MIS).

Excellent communication, documentation, and audit-facing skills
