As the Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new household customers for the bank. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and relationship management in the retail banking sector. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank. Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services. Stay updated on market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the retail banking sector. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of banking products and services. Familiarity with banking regulations and policies. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
