Key Role Highlights Full-time | Permanent role Location: Bangalore Sector: EPC – Oil & Gas Reports to: Head of Department - Electricity Scope: Leadership of +200 people in electrical works in major international projects Key Responsibilities Manage the electrical Department’s operational activities in India and Middle East Make sure the projects are delivered on time, budget and quality. Drive training, talent development, and performance metrics across the department Ensure all work adheres to safety, technical, and quality standards Collaborate with global teams and promote continuous improvement initiatives Requirements ✔ Minimum 20 years of experience in Management of electrical teams for large-scale international EPC projects ✔ Electrical Engineering degree is essential ✔ Proven track record in internal and shop expediting ✔ Experience handling ARAMCO or other Middle Eastern clients ✔ Strong command of English, both written and spoken ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; SAP experience preferred ✔ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for vendor visits Preferred Qualifications Exposure to petrochemical or modularized projects Familiarity with international supply chains and industrial equipment Experience with digital transformation in supply chain processes is valued If you meet the above requirements and bring the relevant EPC and oil & gas experience, we look forward to your application.
