Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing

You will be working as a Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing for Assure Developers in partnership with Auro Realty, a pioneering construction company dedicated to turning visions into reality through innovative designs and uncompromising quality. Your role will be based in Visakhapatnam, and you will lead the sales division, manage customer satisfaction, oversee service operations, and guide a team. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving business growth, and performing general management duties. Your responsibilities will include leading the sales and marketing division to achieve business objectives, creating and executing strategic sales plans to boost revenue, training and motivating the sales team for optimal performance, designing innovative marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify opportunities, analyzing competitor activities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and supervising digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, possess at least 8 years of sales and marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, have worked in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, currently be based in Visakhapatnam or be open to relocating, demonstrate a track record of successful sales and marketing strategy implementation, show proficiency in meeting and surpassing targets, exhibit strong leadership skills in team development, have excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities, be adept in CRM software and marketing analytics tools, preferably have experience in the real estate industry, possess financial acumen for budget management, and be fluent in Telugu, English, and ideally Hindi.,
