Position: Deputy General Manager – Sales (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance
• Oversee sales operations, reporting, and CRM management
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely closure of deals

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, property laws, and sales strategies
• Ability to work under pressure and drive high-performance sales culture
