Role: Team manager role, would be responsible for bringing in new customers to Porter's enterprise offerings Drive a structured Sales and Business Development process making use of various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc. to hunt for probable leads and generate interest. Be responsible for driving a team of high performance and high motivated individuals towards a collective goal Penetrate deep into markets and industries by getting a holistic understanding of the said Setting up the processes to effectively increase the client understanding of product and getting the business expansion opportunities through different means Understand by the requirement from leads different opportunities to improve the Product Market Fit of Porter to Enterprise Co-Drive thriving acquisition loops with referrals from existing customers Skills: Analytical ability Structured thinking Team management Always have the sales cap on Go getter with fire in the belly Empathy towards internal & external stakeholders Excellent Articulation & communication
