Job Duties / Responsibilities: Staff and Performance Management Responsible for leading the planning and execution of the projects in various phases. Implementing better procedures, strategic management methods to improve processes leading to the success of the business. Oversee daily activities of project teams and provide direction and guidance as needed Ensure delivery of the project, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by the clients Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements Effectively managing clients and successfully achieving the client SLAs Responsible for release management ensuring services and projects are delivered throughout the transition and agreed changes are successfully implemented Manage and plan the delivery pipeline for the project related demands throughout the project lifecycle Monitoring overall functioning of processes, evaluating improvement areas driving improvement strategies for ensuring maximum operational efficiency Responsible for conducting timely audits in conjunction with the internal auditing team Responsible for Resource Production planning for new projects. Supervising Managers/DGMs and responsible for team mentoring training. Addressing team grievances/roadblocks and providing feasible solutions. Security responsibilities Ensure the completion of compliance awareness training for all the team members. Review the Risk register annually or in case of any changes and obtain approvals. Update Procedure documents, Risk Register and ensure there are approvals. Review and update HIPAA, Information security violations to stake holders. Ensure the ISMS Objectives are monitored. Education and Experience: Any Graduate. MBA in Operations preferred. Six Sigma black belt / Master black belt certification will be an added advantage Should have 12+ years of experience in US Healthcare / Clinical data management companies preferably in Operations Experience in dealing with US clients Internal Stake holder management Team management experience is a must, should have led large teams in past Hands on Project Management experience Required Skills / Abilities: Strong people management skills, with strong inter- personal and supervisory skills Excellent written verbal communication skills Excellent organization of time and ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines Good at managing multiple tasks Keen customer centric approach with skill in addressing client s needs and problems Analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports Good computer skills to analyse data and create reports
