With our rapid scale we are seeking a Sr. Director, Product Management to lead our Conversational channels [RCS, WhatsApp, Email, OTT] CPaaS product line, one of our most strategic product lines.

The Sr Director, Product Management owns the customer success of the Conversational Interactions product family including RCS, WA, Email & OTT channels. You will direct the product teams activities, while working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, among others, to fuel growth, drive customer acquisition and launch new product capabilities to unlock business value.

Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap that delivers products and features that will help accelerate revenue growth & boost profitability.

Collaborate with customers to define new product capabilities and solutions. Industry vertical & use case design experience is a MUST.

Responsible for defining market share and growth targets [esp. Stage 1 products].

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, support, finance, and engineering) to identify accurate go-to-market strategies which include product plans and pricing frameworks.

Drive product governance across stage 1-3-30 lifecycle taking products from incubation to launch and general availability [GA] across multiple regions.

Interface with Product Marketing to create compelling value proposition, clearly define market/competitive positioning & demonstrate ROI.

Strategic/critical thinker who is able to influence and drive product direction across the organization.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience within product management and go-to-market teams including 4+ years of managing high-performance teams.

3+ years of experience managing business messaging products such as RCS, OTT [Telegram, Instagram, Viber etc.] and working with technology partners [Google, Meta etc..]

Experience working with large B2B enterprise and/or B2C brands. Experience in Ad-tech, media or e-commerce domain is preferred.

Must have experience in leveraging AI to build features, products or improve customer experience. Familiarity with Generative AI foundations and concepts is a MUST.

Proven experience building and launching complex products at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs.
