Role & responsibilities

Exposure to factory operations and related commercial activities and controls in Manufacturing Industry
Reporting, Monitoring & controls on Inventory Raw materials, WIP & Finished Good at process step level
Monitoring dispatches and order closure
Good auditing skills including ability to establish Maker-checker controls on business processes
Ability to develop user friendly business processes and drive improvement areas
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirement from time to time
Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills with cross functional teams
Leadership qualities, Negotiation skills & ability to influence different stake holders
Intermediate to advanced computer software skills including Excel and other accounting packages
