Job Description

The Finance Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and compliance support. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on exposure to taxation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

Perform day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations.
Support in TDS, GST compliance, and return preparation.
Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
Coordinate with auditors for schedules and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Skills and Qualifications:-

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Education and Experience:

Qualification: CA / CWA / CS / CIMA / ACCA (Inter) OR B.Com with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience: 46 years (for CA Inter etc.) or 8+ years (for B.Com).

KPIs:

Accuracy of accounting and reconciliations.
Compliance with statutory timelines.
Quality of financial schedules and reports.
Support for audits and monthly closing.
