Job Description

Manage and oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Train and evaluate employees to maintain productivity and compliance
Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure proper material handling
Ensure timely receiving and storage
Work with other deportments ( Purchase, Subcontract and finance) to clear the pending GRN issues
Ensure all the GRN materials are moved to respective storage location within rule box
Return the rejection items to vendor on time with proper documents
Line feeding
Responsible for overseeing and controlling all subcontract material movements, including issuing raw materials to subcontractors, tracking consumption
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Ensure adherence to quality standards during receiving and material movements
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for stock management
