A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Customer Coverage and generating of enquiries with the customers assigned in his region. 2. Interaction with customers - both internal and external stakeholders 3. Production Management -Drive Daily Plan vs Actual performance with focus on delivery, quality, and efficiency. Ensure process adherence, update SOPs where required, and maintain all documentation. Lead a team of workmen with focus on discipline, productivity, and motivation. Conduct regular assessments of assembly operators, coach them, and improve skills through structured training programs. Maintain and update the Skill Matrix to strengthen workforce capabilities. Quality & Customer Focus - Aim for ZERO customer complaints by ensuring robust assembly processes and defect-free output. Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA using QC tools for any non-conformance or customer issue. Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Monitor cell efficiency/utilisation, identify bottlenecks, and implement loss elimination initiatives. Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Technical Expertise Possess strong knowledge in seal assembly processes and related production systems. Support cross-functional problem solving and technical improvements. Candidate Profile: Hands-on experience in assembly/production operations with at least 35 years in a supervisory role.
