Job Description

Role & responsibilities Credit Risk Assessment : Evaluate the creditworthiness of loan applicants through detailed analysis of their financial background, credit scores, income stability, property value, etc. Documentation Verification : Ensure all required documentation is complete and verified, such as identity proof, income proof, property documents, etc. Loan Eligibility Check : Analyze the applicant's eligibility based on predefined criteria (such as age, income, existing debts, and property value). Loan Approval : Make decisions regarding loan approvals after reviewing the application, credit report, property documents, and risk assessments. PD Visit : Meet the applicant in person to understand their financial standing.
