Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy - CDP to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting the CDP (Chef de Partie) in their daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and be committed to delivering high-quality work within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the CDP in managing daily tasks and overseeing kitchen operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food production, inventory, and other operational aspects. Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to enhance kitchen efficiency and output. Provide support to stakeholders , ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination. Contribute to process improvement initiatives , identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong organizational and time management skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel). Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work .
