Job Description

Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Proactively generate leads and cultivate relationships to increase customer base Manage branch administration tasks such as scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluation Drive Branch SRMs on NTB / Liability & Service Elements to ensure Nil Complaints. Serve as ATM cash authoriser, ensuring accurate and timely cash replenishment Conduct reconciliation of clearing accounts to maintain accurate financial records Proficiency in branch operations management Strong understanding of compliance regulations and procedures Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to generate customer leads Experience in branch administration and staff supervision Expertise in ATM cash management and authorization processes Attention to detail for accurate reconciliation of financial accounts
