Job Description

Deputy Area Manager - Debt Management Services - Urban GCL
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets for the assigned area, ensuring PI targets and target on cost of collections are met.

Control bucket flow cases and focus on non-starters.

Ensure documented feedback.

Ensure compliance with legal guidelines while repossessing products.

Comply with audit queries.

Ensure adequate availability of Feet on Street area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage productivity by setting parameters for Collection Officers, Agencies, and DMAs; monitor performance against set parameters; conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.

Conduct background and reference checks of agencies and DCTs being appointed.

Constantly evaluate DCTs and agencies.

Identify and manage training needs for Collection Executives.

Support collection officers in legal and police matters.

Ensure timely and profitable disposal of seized stock and safe custody of seized products.

Visit random customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

People management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
