About The Role

Project Role :Deployment Lead

Project Role Description :Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between deployment-related activities, and monitoring progress through the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and resource allocation to ensure successful deployment outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on deployment objectives.- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with deployment activities. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management(Cutover Lead).- Strong understanding of deployment methodologies and best practices.- Experience with project management tools and techniques.- Ability to analyze and interpret deployment metrics to drive improvements.- Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Configuration & Release Management.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
