Project Role :Deployment Lead
Project Role Description :Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will monitor and control progress, facilitating training and pilot programs to ensure a smooth deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities:Own and lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (On-Premises and/or Public Cloud)Act as the primary finance solution advisor for group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, COI (Consolidation of Investments), and legal reporting.Manage client workshops to define Group Reporting architecture, scope, and reporting requirements.Oversee setup of:oConsolidation Units, Groups, Versions, FS Items, Hierarchies and other master dataoCurrency translation, ICMR (intercompany matching and reconciliation), Intercompany elimination, COI, manual journal postings, and consolidation monitorsoGovern GRDC form-based data collection and flat file integration for non-S/4 entitiesEnsure smooth integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Analysis for OfficeDefine governance models, lead quality reviews, and support UAT, cutover, and hyper careMentor and manage a team of L10/L8 consultants and guide their career progressionSupport pre-sales, including solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and RFP responsesContribute to knowledge assets, delivery accelerators, and internal capability building Professional & Technical
Skills:
12+ years of Finance/overall experience including at least 5+ years of hands-on SAP Group Reporting implementationProven experience in at least 23 full-cycle Group Reporting implementationsStrong knowledge of:oConsolidation processes (legal and management)oLegal consolidation processes i.e Data collection, Currency translation, Elimination, reclassification and other processesoOwnership structure handling, IC reconciliation, COI, Elimination, reporting,oData Monitor / Consolidation Monitor tasksoExtensibility and new changes/roadmapExperience in at least 3+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP Group Reporting (S/4 On-premise or Public Cloud)Good exposure to SAP BPC and/or SAC Planning is an advantageSAP certification in Group Reporting or S/4HANA for Finance preferredStrong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to lead global teams, manage escalations, and drive delivery excellenceExcellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills
