Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree BE (IT/CE/EC), MSc (IT), MCA or equivalent is preferred Certification MCSA, Windows Server Administration, Azure Administrator Associate 12-15 years of IT Infrastructure Operations 8-10 years of position Servers Operations experience 3-4 years of mentorship experience 5-6 years of Project/Client Engagement and Customer Facing Previous supervisory experience within an MSP Experience within a service provider service model and leverage multi-tenant toolsets for ongoing deployment and administration frameworks Experience installing and configuring various operating systems including Microsoft Window Server, and Linux/UNIX, preferred Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues including system level and integration level testing preferred Experience supporting vendors like Nimble, EMC, Dell, HP, VMware, etc. prefered Expert level experience with automated testing products, including how to set up automated testing, how to script automated tests, how to create automated regression test suites, and how to troubleshoot automated testing issues preferred Experience in design, implementation, administration of Systems/Cloud Infrastructure Well experienced in VMWare Infrastructure vcloud Director, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX Edge Well experienced in Microsoft Server Infrastructure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RDS, ADCS, Hyper-V, Server roles & features Good hands on experience in Linux OS Administration CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu Good Experience in Azure/AWS administration IaaS, PaaS Knowledge & Experience in Access Management System Microsoft Entra, Okta, Duo Experience in administration of NAS, SAN or Cloud Storage Well experienced in Microsoft365 Administration Experience in Performance troubleshooting and measurement of Enterprise Systems Preferred Qualifications Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication Excellent customer service Innovative and analytical problem solving Entrepreneurial and forward thinking Experience supporting clients and executives
