Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot systems while working closely with the project team and customers
Monitor systems and follow standard workflows for deployment and issue resolution
Automate and containerize applications and services for efficient deployment
Support development teams in building and managing product releases (sprints)
Set up and maintain environments for testing and integration
Provide technical support to both end-users and internal development teams

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong responsibility for maintaining high system uptime in production
Focused on delivering business outcomes
Good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of IIS and Apache server configuration
Familiar with PowerShell and Linux Shell/Bash scripting
Experience using SQL Server Management Studio
Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies
Comfortable with regular code testing and deployment
Good English communication and strong problem-solving skills
