Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Creation of daily and weekly sales plan with the team
  • Visiting markets and customers to develop better customer relations
  • Identifying bulk order opportunities and capitalizing on them
  • Increase the number of buying customers and basket size of customer
  • Identifying and rectifying de-growth amongst the customers
  • Enrollment and tagging of new customers with sales potential
  • Understanding market and planning focus articles accordingly
  • Coordinating with logistics and full service desk for delivery
  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders and managing bulk orders
  • Coordinating with AGM Sales, ZSM & OM team for special pricing
  • Continuously updating knowledge about articles and offers
  • Coordinating with the operation team during Invoice level promotions
  • Tracking CC/KAE wise sales and updating sales plan basis the insights
  • Achieving sales & margin target month on month & annually
  • Promote sales of private label products amongst the trader customers
  • Ensuring all the FOIS parameters are achieved regularly
  • Assist customers with festival and seasonal stock planning & purchase

Coordinating with main cash team for payment processing

Preferred candidate profile

Min. Graduate with 5 + years of experience in FMCG Sales
