Role & responsibilities : Creation of daily and weekly sales plan with the team Visiting markets and customers to develop better customer relations Identifying bulk order opportunities and capitalizing on them Increase the number of buying customers and basket size of customer Identifying and rectifying de-growth amongst the customers Enrollment and tagging of new customers with sales potential Understanding market and planning focus articles accordingly Coordinating with logistics and full service desk for delivery Ensuring timely delivery of orders and managing bulk orders Coordinating with AGM Sales, ZSM & OM team for special pricing Continuously updating knowledge about articles and offers Coordinating with the operation team during Invoice level promotions Tracking CC/KAE wise sales and updating sales plan basis the insights Achieving sales & margin target month on month & annually Promote sales of private label products amongst the trader customers Ensuring all the FOIS parameters are achieved regularly Assist customers with festival and seasonal stock planning & purchase Coordinating with main cash team for payment processing Preferred candidate profile Min. Graduate with 5 + years of experience in FMCG Sales
