We are seeking highly motivated and skilled STP Technicians for fieldwork to join our team. As an STP Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and associated equipment at various sites. The role requires hands-on work in the field, ensuring that STP systems run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on STP equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to the STP machinery and equipment. Monitor and adjust STP system parameters to ensure optimal performance. Perform cleaning and repair tasks on plant machinery and related systems. Record daily operational data and report any anomalies or malfunctions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while working on-site. Work closely with the site supervisor and team to meet daily operational targets. Respond to emergency breakdowns and repair requests in a timely manner. Work Environment: Primarily outdoors at construction and operational sites. Exposure to physical labor, machinery, and varying weather condition.
