Job Description

Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring all departments function efficiently.
Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain productivity.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints promptly.
Maintaining inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage.
Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
Monitoring store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
Preparing and analyzing sales and expense reports for management review.
Leading, motivating, and training store staff to deliver strong performance and maintain team morale.
