Role Description This is a full-time role for a Dental Insurance Verification Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, managing prior authorizations, and handling related administrative tasks. This on-site role is located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with insurance companies, confirming insurance benefits, and assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries. Qualifications Insurance Verification and Prior Authorization skills Knowledge of Medical Terminology Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to dental insurance verification are a plus Show more Show less
